Organic EDEN Grape Butter is made of 100% organic Concord grapes grown on a 20 year organic family vineyard on the shore of New York's Keuka Finger Lake. Glacier sculpted, the Finger Lakes are long, narrow lakes that run north to south in close proximity to each other like the fingers of a hand. Exceptional fruit is produced by this area's micro-climate and the seasonal lake effect. Hillside slopes provide good drainage of the sandy loam soil that produces these superlative grapes.
