This is a low sodium, high flavoring "Mediterranean-Spanish" style seasoning. It is heavy with paprika. This is perfect to make Cuban-style shrimp or "camarones enchilados" and these have NOTHING to do with "mexican enchiladas". Perfect for any red-sauce seafood dish.
