BOULDER GRANOLA: Chocolate Chunk, 12 oz

This flavor is pure joy and decadence! My son, Julian, helped me with this recipe so that the yummy chocolate chips melted just right to create chocolate granola clusters of pure bliss! While Julian was welding, a drop of melted metal fell to the ground and he noticed that the dirt coated the drop to form a ball. He wanted the chocolate to mix like this with the granola so that here would be chocolate granola clusters.
This is the perfect energy food for an athletic activity. Try it with ice cream. Kids and adults alike are crazy for this chocolaty, crunchy "heaven on earth."
