Maggi's Mix is top-of-the-line in flavor and you'll enjoy the quick preparation time. Marinating is not necessary. You'll simply need to add one pound of beef, one tablespoon of oil for browning and 1 1/2 cups of water. We like to use Beef Tenderloin, Beef Sirloin or venison. Cooking time is a short 60 to 90 minutes, so you'll want to start with a good, tender cut of beef.
