Our bars are sweetened with  our own low glycemic Coconut Nectar. The chocolate chips are made exclusively for us with single-origin fair trade Ecuadorian Chocolate and sweetened with our Coconut Crystals. The Madagascar Vanilla we use is also made specially for us by a master extract innovator.
